Mary and Floyd moved to Maui on 1 October 2008 as part of their 10-year retirement plan. Since then, we have been very busy within our condo by replacing all of the rental furniture, re-decorating and painting, purchasing more efficient appliances, and had a contractor build a long, walk-in closet in the loft area for more storage of our items. Our condo has 1188 sq ft which does not include a large lanai.

The webcam is mounted on the lanai (patio deck) and pointed towards the Kamaole III beach. During the winter months, you may see humpback whales breaching. The peak whale season is from January thru March.
